I-9 Verification Services

What’s an I-9 Verification Services?

The I-9 Verification Services, officially known as the Employment Eligibility Verification is a multi-page document issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) used for verifying the identity and employment eligibility for every employee hired in the U.S. The form is to be completed by both the employer (or authorized representative) and employee. As part of the procedure, the employee must present documents verifying his or her employment eligibility for working in the U.S., and the employer or authorized representative must physically scrutinize these documents.

According to the Handbook for Employers from USCIS, employers “may delegate someone to fill out I-9 forms for you, such as foreman, personnel officer, agent or anyone else acting on your behalf, for instance, a notary public”

We will serve as an authorized representative to verify the identity and legal authorization of persons to work in the United States.
